In the 11th edition of Lit_cast Slowakei Michal Hvorecký spoke with the cultural manager Márton Méhes, founder and director of the Donau Lounge project. He was born in Györ, Hungary and studied German studies and Linguistics in Pécs. He taught at universities in Pécs and Budapest. He received his PhD from German linguistics in 2005. He was a program coordinator at Collegium Hungaricum in Berlin; later, he became the director of the Balassi Institute in Vienna. He is the head of the international initiative Danube Cultural Cluster. He has been a freelancer since 2015. He lives and works in Vienna.
