Diana Mašlejová was born in Bratislava. She is a Slovak writer, storyteller, journalist and author of Slovak language textbooks for primary school students. She graduated with a degree in journalism from Comenius University in Bratislava. During her studies she focused mainly on the literary world. She contributes to literary magazines, radio and literary portals.
