Kepplová debuted with the book Buchty švabachom (Sweet Buns in Gothic Script, 2011) that earned a nomination for the prestigious Anasoft Litera Prize 2012. Her characters are modern-day nomads, restless in search for a place they can call home. She skillfully reflects on contemporary themes such as living between two countries, post-socialism and feminism. She also wrote the book of two novellas, 57 km od Taškentu (57 km from Tashkent, 2013), and Reflux (2015).
