Curriculum vitae

 Zuzana Husárová is a poet, researcher and academic dealing with experimental, sound and electronic poetry, and working as an editor of the magazine Glosolália. She debuted with the book of visual poetry liminal (in English in 2012, in Slovak in 2013), which is part of a transmedia project done together with the visual artist Amalia Roxana Filip (www.liminal.name). Her second book of visual poetry lucent (2013), also in collaboration with Filip, includes sound poetry and live performances. She is one of the authors of the multimedia piece Skúmanie javov; together with Bogumiła Suwara, she edited the theory book V sieti strednej Európy: nielen o elektronickej literatúre (2012), and with Martin Solotruk, the project European Poetry Forum. In 2011, she was awarded the Fulbright fellowship, concluding her research at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Department of Writing and Humanistic Studies in Cambridge, USA. Her latest projects include Liza Gennart, a neural network writing poetry (with Ľubomír Panák), the sound performance Energy: Sleep and the poetic writing Hypomnemata. Liza Gennart received the national poetry award Zlatá vlna 2021 for the collection Výsledky vzniku / Test of Origin. More at: zuz.husarova.net.
