The book Buchty švabachom (Sweet Buns in Gothic Script) – consists of one novella and several stories linked by their characters. The stories take place in Paris, London, Helsinki and Budapest. It is more of an emotional travel guide than a geographic one. Departure from home, an effort to break away from the known environment and an effort to change one's life seem vital. However, the world, attractive and open at first glance, leaves the characters nostalgic and longing for their home as they struggle to overcome frustration from difficult situations. The stories take place during a time when Europe is re-forming itself – there are a lot of intense shifts and migration. The novella Trianon – Delta starts off with an intimate set-up of a love triangle set in Budapest and in the Danube delta in Romania.
