Ten stories told by one narrator or ten narrators each telling her own story; the third prosaic book of Mária Modrovich ponders the smallness and vastness of the world as women experience it. One of the main topics is motherhood and the changes and frustrations it brings, especially in confrontation with both personal and social expectations. Flashback was among the top 5 finalists for the Anasoft Litera Award 2018. It was also nominated for the European Union Prize for Literature 2019.
