About us
The Slovak Institute in Berlin is part of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic and the two institutions cooperate closely. The main task of the Institute is to convey and bring Slovak culture - the cultural heritage, music, art, design, architecture, film and folklore - to German audiences. The Slovak Institute also aims at presenting Slovak regions and cities and to help initiate a broader commercial cooperation between Germany and the Slovak republic.
