Last week Literature Across Frontiers returned to the Abu Dhabi Book Fair to keep up the connections with publishing in the Arab world. LAF director Alexandra Büchler will attended the 2nd International Congress of Arabic Publishing and Creative Industries, and she spoke in the book fair’s professional program about LAF's ground-breaking reports on the translation of Arabic literature in Europe.
Their stand 8B23 in the international hall represented various organisations promoting books and authors from European countries, including The Slovak Literary Centre.
The Abu Dhabu International Book Fair’s dates were 22 — 28 May 2023 with the program full of “inspiration, culture, entertainment and stories that never end."
