The 28th edition of the book fair and festival in one, Book World Prague 2023, will take place from 11 to 14 May in the Křižík Pavilions at the Prague Holešovice Exhibition Grounds and will be exceptional in terms of theme.
The concept of "Authors Without Borders" responds to the current times in which borders – not only physical ones, but also cultural, social, sexual, genre or political ones – are becoming less and less clear. In 2023, therefore, the guest of honor is not any particular country, but the writers who cross imaginary borders. The "Support Your Bookseller" campaign will also be a new feature. For the first time, there will be a two-day Central and East European Book Market for the professional public.
The SLC is organizing a representative national stand of 40 square meters in the KB hall number 203, where over 400 titles from the production of 45 Slovak publishers will be exhibited.
