For the second year, the Long Night of Literature will take place in Vienna on Friday 13 October from 17:00 to 23:00 at several cultural institutes
Visitors can move between the different institutes and actively explore European literature in discussion with interesting writers from Austria, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Germany, Poland, Slovenia, Sweden, Romania and other countries.
The opening ceremony will take place at the Czech Centre Vienna. The end of the Long Night of Literature will take place at the Hungarian Cultural Institute (Collegium Hungaricum), where poets from Slovakia, Austria, Hungary and Romania will perform in the Danube Poetry Slam at 21:30. Slovakia will be represented by Marcel Glasa alias Šupazdela and Diana Renner.
