Atlas piesku / The Atlas of Sand

A poetry collection searching to build an identikit of the author out of words because "man disappears like a face made of sand" (Foucalt). Sand is the tool for sieving encounters, love, describable and undescribable things, up until the sand of dreams, even though the "terrible evasiveness of described things" still exists. Alfa, the lyrical hero from Haugová's previous books, is substituted here by Sebastiana. Her ambition is to pay attention to the small things. The author's philosophical poetics is a tribute to language thanks to which we are able to create another body within our real body: a body made of words, with a heart apocrypha in the centre.
