THE SLOVAK PUBLISHING CENTRE continues its tradition of publishing activities in the Slovak language in Serbia for more than 100 years. It was founded in its current form in 2007 and has published nearly 300 titles in the Slovak language in Serbia. They are mostly literary works of prose and poetry, but also translations, monographs, scientific titles and dictionaries. The Slovak Publishing Centre is probably the only publishing house that operated within the Slovak language outside of Slovakia. It regularly participates in book fairs held in Bratislava, Belgrade and Novi Sad.
