Gregor's poetic texts have been translated into German, Bulgarian, Polish and Hungarian. They have been published in magazines and in anthologies of Slovak poetry. In German they were published in the anthology, Weisse Nächte mit Hahn (Eine Anthologie der slowakischen Poesie des 20. Jahrhunderts) (1996), in Bulgarian in the anthology, Malka zvezdna muzika (Antologija 101 slovaški stichotvorenija) (1996). Some of his radio plays have been broadcast also in German, Serbian and Hungarian.
