Carpathians!

The book Carpathians! (Karpaty!) by Jan Púček is a work of prose about a personal relationship describing a landscape on the border of reality and fiction. It features children, wanderers, pilgrims, woodcutters, counts, monks, inventors, pilots, philosophers, writers and ordinary people. The reader will find many stories (including the story of the House of Pálffy), observations, notes, and reflections, observe the past and present, blooming spring, and snow-covered trees.
